On July 2, 2016, the "2016 China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Private Enterprise Development Conference" sponsored by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation was held. The meeting summarized the excellent achievements of private enterprises in innovative development, structural adjustment and mode transformation during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, and commended China's petroleum and chemical private enterprises and private entrepreneurs during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, and Zhongkai Industrial won two awards respectively.

The leaders attending the meeting were Gu Xiulian, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the tenth National People's Congress, Li Shousheng, President of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, Ma Xianghui, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Lu Health, deputy director of the Department of Industrial Coordination of the National Development and Reform Commission, and other government department leaders, respectively, made authoritative interpretations of the relevant policies to support the economic development of private enterprises.

At the same time, the meeting summarized the valuable experience gained by private enterprises during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, and commended the great development, trend and breakthrough made by 192 private enterprises such as Zhongkai Industrial and 167 private entrepreneurs such as Chairman Zhou Zhigang of Zhongkai Industrial in terms of re-operation level, development quality and social influence.
